This one day workshop, which will take place in the Family Centre, Chapel Street, Castlebar, introduces participants to the practice of therapeutic writing.
It takes place on Saturday November 19 between 10 am and 4pm. Patricia McAdoo, clinical psychologist, writer, and lecturer, is the facilitator.
