The HSE chartered physiotherapists from Mayo PCCC will be holding several information sessions in relation to the prevention of falls in the coming weeks. The aim of these sessions is to provide advice and education on the reason why people fall, the consequences of those falls, and what can be done to lower the risk of falling.
The information sessions will take place in Achill, Ballina, Ballinrobe, Ballyhaunis, Castlebar, Crossmolina, Claremorris, Charlestown, Swinford, Foxford and Westport.
