Mulroy’s, one of Castlebar’s most highly regarded business families, have started a new business venture to complement the pub and lunchtime trade which they have built up over 12 years on Castlebar’s Main Street.
Seasons Restaurant at Mulroy’s, Castlebar’s newest restaurant, which focuses on contemporary Irish cuisine with an international influence, will open its doors on November 25.
This is a new venture for Mulroy’s family, who has managed Mulroy’s Bar since graduating from college with a degree in business management 12 years ago.
John, along with head chef Mark Quinn, saw a niche in the local restaurant market and collaborated to bring to Castlebar - Seasons - which is situated in what was formerly known as BarRitz.
With some exciting new interior design combining modern trends with comfortable traditional styles, Seasons promises a unique dining experience.
Food for all Seasons is the motto where the diverse menu will change to complement each season using fresh local produce. It is Mark’s ambition to source local and organic produce where available on a seasonal basis to ensure that each dish is bursting with mouth-watering flavours.
Whether you’re after a bite to eat with friends or work colleagues or going out to celebrate a special family occasion, Seasons has two dining options to suit all budgets.
Choose from the A la Carte menu or the casual dining option to ensure a delicious meal at affordable prices.
With all courses priced under €20, and a very diverse range of options available, Seasons will ensure that Castlebar does not lag behind when it comes to its restaurant offering.
