Everyone will have the opportunity to sample some of the diversity of sports, products, services, health and fitness and wellbeing on offer in the west of Ireland all under one roof in one evening. Whether you are a leisure walker or an marathon runner or just looking to improve your health in general or even just pamper yourself this event, which will be held in the Mill Times Hotel, Westport on November 10, will have something for you.
Some experts in the area of health and fitness will be giving tips and techniques throughout the evening to help get you on the road to success.
The event will take place from 7pm to 10pm. There is a €5 entrance fee, with money donated to the local Cystic Fibrosis fund. Children can attend for free.
