An exhibition of books taken from private collections in Mayo is in the Linenhall Arts Centre, Castlebar from November 4 to November 26,
The exhibition will be opened in the centre on November 4 at 7.30pm by Dr Gavin Murphy, lecturer in Arts History and Critical Theory in GMIT.
There will also be a symposium discussing the past and present of the printed book, along with a book fair on Saturday November 12 from 2pm to 5.30pm.
