The theory behind EFT (emotional freedom techniques ) is that old emotional wounds are stored in the body as blocked energetic patterns. Stimulating energy points removes the disturbance, allowing your body/mind system to process the troubling problem, bringing back the body’s energy system to balance. To treat yourself, all you have to do is gently tap the energy points with your fingertips while thinking about the thing that is upsetting you.

In her workshops, EFT practitioner, biologist, health and life coach Ute Klingler will show you the five simple steps to success of how to: target the problem, rate your feelings, say an affirmation, follow the tapping sequence, and take stock.

Ute offers intense one-day courses, a weekend workshop in dream analysis and from January on she hopes to start 10-week courses in learning how to stop smoking, and weight loss.
