A parent assertiveness course teaches ways of respecting and directing one’s children while not allowing oneself to be compromised.
This six week course is being held in the Family Centre, Chapel Street, Castlebar on Mondays starting on October 17 from 8pm to 10pm each evening.
Learning techniques how to meditate will take place in the Family Centre on Saturday October 22 starting at 10.30am.
