A one day suicide awareness training course will be held in the Family Centre, Chapel Street, Castlebar, on Saturday October 8.

The Family Centre in Castlebar presents an evening of Christian spiritual reflection to help us to stop for a short time and reflect, pray, and come home to ourselves. The evening will be hosted in the Sisters of Mercy residence, Árd Bhríde, Lawn Road, Castlebar, on October 4 between 7.30pm and 9.30pm.
