The celebrity chef Catherine Fulvio from Ballyknocken Cookery School, Wicklow, will give a cookery demonstration at Knockranny Hotel, Westport, on October 6, at which she will display her unique and practical cooking skills.
The night will start at 7.30pm with a wine and savoury reception.
The event is being hosted by Westport Lions Club and the proceeds go towards giving Kenyan mothers goats or poultry as self sustaining gifts for Christmas.
Tickets cost €20 and are available at the Knockranny Hotel, the Clew Bay Hotel Westport, Music Megastore, Market Square, Castlebar, or from any member of the Lions Club.
