The Irish Wheelchair Association South Mayo, is hosting an open day in Ballyheane Community Centre on Monday September 19 from 2pm to 5pm.
The IWA is in need of volunteers to help out in community centres in Ballyheane on Mondays, Claremorris on Wednesdays, and Ballina on Thursdays.
Volunteers are needed to support service users to engage in a range of activities including sports, arts and crafts, tai chi, bingo, etc.
