This Saturday November 8, the flagship current affairs programme Saturday Forum will feature four local politicians discussing a range of issues that affect the lives of people working and living in Castlebar.
The list of topics could include traffic problems, business closures, Christmas lighting scheme, and retirement of long-serving councillor Johnny Mee. The possibility of an early election, and the implications for the various political parties, is another issue that might feature on the show. Presenter Stephen Burns will have as his guests Councillor Brendan Heneghan, Cllr Noel Campbell, Cllr Johnny Mee and Cllr Michael Kilcoyne.
