Fusion Spice, Claremorris, is run by Bhupinder and Sandeeb Singh, who opened the multi cuisine restaurant on May 18.
Bhupinder, who works front of house, has eight years’ experience, while Sandeeb the chef has 12 years’ experience in different restaurants and working with different cuisines.
The food on offer ranges from Indian to Thai and European — from Irish steak to Thai red curry.
All food is freshly made and made to order using all local produce. There are no artificial flavours or colours used and low fat options are available.
To accompany your meal there is a large selection of wines, from red and white to rose and all from different regions. Bottles are priced from €18.
Fusion Spice is open Monday to Sunday from 5.30pm to 11pm.
