Petworld launches fun run for Irish Dogs for the Disabled

Petworld is sponsoring a national Furry 5k Fun Run and Walk, benefiting the Irish Dogs for the Disabled on Sunday August 7, at 11am, at locations near Petworld stores across the country. The Petworld Furry 5k Fun Run and Walk will be a fantastic fun event combined with the opportunity to help a really worthwhile national charity, Irish Dogs for the Disabled.

To register, just call into the Petworld Store located in Castlebar (at Horkan’s Garden Centre, Turlough ), or at any of the other Petworld stores in Athlone, Dublin, Galway or Sligo and pick up a sponsorship card for Irish Dogs for the Disabled.

It promises to be a fun day, with loads of fun freebies like free doggie goody bags, a free professional portrait taken of each participant with his/her dog, and a Totally Talented fun doggie competition with great prizes and more!

Irish Dogs for the Disabled creates special partnerships using specially trained working dogs which help create mobility, independence, and lots of happiness for its clients. The service is nationwide and provided free of charge to all clients.
