Daredevils required for Meningitis Trust

The Meningitis Trust, which supports people after meningitis, is appealing for keen adventurers to do something a little different; a skydive.

A freefall skydive is a thrilling and exhilarating challenge so the trust has joined forces with a specialist company www.skydive4charity.ie, who organises the jumps. Skydiving doesn’t require any previous training — just determination and a need for adrenaline!

Money raised from each skydive will help the trust to provide the support families need after meningitis. The trust provides, for free, counselling, a 24-hour freephone nurse-led helpline (1800 523196 ) and home visits which help rebuild the lives that have been shattered by meningitis.

If you would like to register immediately to be part of the Meningitis Trust Skydive team call Ger Mills, Development Officer for the Trust, on 090 645 0531, email [email protected] or www.meningitis-trust.ie
