Are you looking to get fit but a bit shy in approaching a gym? Why not join a meet and train group in Ballyhaunis which will meet on July 9 at 9am in the Friary Field.
There will be a 10 minute warmup period, 40 minutes training and 10 minutes cool down exercises.
The annual fee is €20 to cover the cost of insurance.
