Go for Life over 55s

Ballina Family Resource Centre and Mayo Sports Partnership are running a “Go for Life” programme aimed at the over 55s. This programme costs €5 and will be on in Ballina Family Resource Centre on Monday June 13 at 11am for one hour. The class will consist of going for a walk on the old French Road from Killala (meeting at the Ballina FRC ). For more information ring Pat O’Brien 087 254 0334 / 096 72300.
