Established in Claremorris since 2005, Park Academy aims to provide a quality childcare service, where each child will learn and develop as an individual, in a stimulating, child-centred and happy environment.
A new purpose built childcare facility is to open in June in Castlebar at the Castlebar Retail Park (behind Woodies ). The new state-of-the-art facility is specifically designed with the best interest of the children in mind.
The service will be full-time, part-time and sessional, with opening hours from 7.45am to 6pm. Children from four months to 12 years will be catered for and each room will provide age appropriate facilities for baby, wobbler’s toddler, Montessori and after-school children.
The facility will have CCTV, a spacious outdoor play area and separate dining facilities (including a three-week menu plan which promotes a healthy eating policy, which is freshly prepared daily by their on-site cook ).
The centre will be built to the highest standards of safety and security. A ventilation system will filter the air, helping to prevent the spread of germs and provides clean fresh air for children, which is beneficial for children with asthma or allergies.
Park Academy aim to provide the highest standards of care and education in a stimulating environment, by an experienced and dedicated team.
Learning is carefully planned with an emphasis on activities that are relevant and motivating for each child, while also working in partnership with parents.
