Legendary dance act Faithless to broadcast their final concert live to cinemas

Mayo Movie World will be part of an international live broadcast of the last Faithless gig, in full 5.1 surround sound next Friday night April 8 at 10.30pm. The gig which is being broadcast live from the Brixton 02 Academy is sure to be an event that no fan of one of the most influential dance groups of the past 15 years will want to miss.

After an amazing 15 years that started with the single “Salva Mea”, Faithless - dance music pioneers Rollo, Maxi Jazz and Sister Bliss - will end their musical journey at London’s Brixton O2 Academy on April 8. What will undoubtedly be a spectacular farewell will be the first dance music event to be beamed live via satellite to cinemas - allowing Faithless fans across Europe the chance to party for one last night with the band that defined an era. The Brixton show will be filmed using the latest high-definition technology and broadcast live to cinemas where Faithless fans will be able enjoy the show in incredible 5:1 surround sound for an unforgettable experience that will show cinemas how to party.
