The Boy in the Gap, by Westport's Paul Soye is a great debut novel by the award-winning playwright which looks at local rivalries, the sometimes hardships of living in a small town, and the effects of childhood and family on the protagonist.
The book is being launched in the Linenhall Arts Centre, Castlebar, later this month and will be available for retail in all good bookstores.
