Fitness for men

Ballina FRC in conjunction with Mayo Sports Partnership and Pat O’Brien is running a free six-week fitness programme for men of all ages.

Classes include circuit training, hill walking, kettle bells, pilates and swimming. It will be on Wednesdays from 10am to 11am in the Ballina Family Resource Centre, Abbey Street.
