A man who had his van parked on a double yellow line was convicted and fined €150 at Ballina District Court.
Martin Lawrence, Cloonislaun, Church Road, Ballina was observed parked on double yellow lines on Barrett Street by Garda Pat O’Hora on September 20 2010 at 10.13pm.
Lawrence did not pay a fixed charge penalty notice.
The defendant who was not in court, was convicted and fined by Judge Mary Devins.
