A six week course to build up confidence will commence on February 3 from 11am to 1pm in the Family Centre, Chapel Street, Castlebar.
Also beginning on February 7 is the Enneagram Part 1, while part 2 commences on March 7.
Those affected by suicide are invited to attend a suicide bereavement support group which will meet on February 3 at 8pm.
