The Luisne Art Project, which is based in Ballinrobe, is starting the year with its biggest exhibition yet, which is to open in Galway University Hospital on January 28. Opening speaker is the well known film maker and writer Bob Quinn.
The project is also working on a new publication this year. A book presenting the artists and their work will be published in the spring.
The book will consist of a collection of artwork from the project participants as well as a personal account of the work and other stories by the participants.
