A woman who had no insurance, driving licence, or tax certificate was disqualified for two years at this week’s sitting of Castlebar District Court.
Winnie McDonagh, 14 Castlegrove, Castlebar, failed to produce these documents on July 19 2010 and they were never furnished at a Garda station.
McDonagh, who has seven previous road traffic offences, was convicted and fined a total of €1,370 by Judge Mary Devins and disqualified from driving for two years.
