Step fitness and abdominal classes

Step and abdominal classes held at the Quay National School, Ballina are designed to burn fat and tone all areas of the body.

Each class has a warm up, an aerobic / fat burning section (step ), a toning routine for the arms and chest, legs / butts and a great tummy toning section using the latest techniques in firming and strengthening all the muscles in the abdominal area. All classes finish with a cool-down and stretch.

These exercise sessions are a great contributor to a fitter, healthier, more toned body. Classes run throughout the year in eight-week blocks. These sessions are packed full of great exercises, great music and valuable tips on getting into shape. The current course of classes would suit those who are at intermediate levels of fitness. Classes are payable in advance and are value for money at €104 for 16 classes and €60 for eight classes. Discounts are also available for full-time students. A new course starts on Tuesday November 4 and advance booking is essential as places are limited.
