Mayor of Castlebar and Fine Gael town councillor, Ger Deere, has welcomed confirmation that McHugh's car park, which is also known as Hoban’s Car Park, will re-open this weekend under the control of Castlebar Town Council.
Cllr Deere said that his understanding is that “free parking will be provided on the basis of time restrictions which will be enforced by the town council”.
