A woman who collided into a garda was before Ballina District Court this week.
On May 21 2010, Angela Molloy, Church Road, Ballina collided with a garda who was on an official Garda mountain bike — the garda received minor injuries.
The court heard that Molloy’s view was blocked as she tried to make a right turn, and this is when the incident occurred.
The married mother of six was directed by Judge Mary Devins to contribute €250 to the charity of the garda’s choice.
