Lucozade Sport Workshops will take place in Claremorris GAA Centre on November 18 at 7.30pm, and on Thursday November 25 at 7.30pm in Castlebar Tennis Club.
The theme of the first workshop is lifestyle and sport and the second one is strength and conditioning.
The workshops are being delivered by Coaching Ireland. Booking is essential. Cost for each workshop is just €10 or all three can be booked for €25. Log onto www.mayosports.ie to download an application form.
