Mayo Coeliac Support Group will hold a cooking demonstration by Glutafin on November 25.
The event will take place in the Le Chéile Family Resource Centre, Tucker Street, Castlebar, at 7pm.
It will cost €5. There will be a raffle on the night organised by the Mayo Coeliac Support Group. Recipes and goody bags will be provided by Glutafin.
