Meningitis Research Foundation is one of the leading charities in the world dedicated to the eradication of meningitis and septicaemia. It receives no government funding and relies entirely on donations. It operates a 24 hour Freefone helpline on 1800 41 33 44 and also recently launched a free text service. Simply text the word TIME to 50308 and you will receive a short video back to your phone giving you a symptoms checker and helpline numbers.
