Minister for Social Protection, Éamon Ó Cuív TD officially opened Halla Tuar Mhic Éadaigh in Tuar Mhic Éadaigh last week.
Halla Pobail Tuar Mhic Éadaigh was built in 1951 and is run by Coiste Halla Tuar Mhic Éadaigh. The Department of Community, Equality and Gaeltacht Affairs supported the renovation of the hall through funding for community facilities in the Gaeltacht and through the CLÁR programme.
