Sligo County Enterprise Board was allocated €62,000 as part of the national CEBs’ €3.3 million funding package recently announced by An Taoiseach Brian Cowen, rather than the zero funding reported in a story in last week’s Mayo Advertiser story.
According to Sligo CEO John Reilly the board was delighted to receive this level of additional funding which is expected to lead to the creation of an additional 11 jobs and some additional mentoring and training for local small businesses.
