An intoxicated Ballina man who told gardaí “to get the f**k away” after they observed him stumbling drunk and drinking a can in a public place, was before Ballina District Court this week.
On July 5 on Tolan Street, gardaí approached the drunk male, who was Daryl Devers, 51 St Patrick’s Estate, Ballina.
Devers, who has no previous convictions, was convicted and fined €100 by Judge Mary Devins.
