As the summer comes to an end speed dating is beginning in The TF Royal Hotel Castlebar. The events are part of a full Saturday night’s entertainment in the TF Royal Hotel, with a great night of fun and craic promised, ending in the night club. Speed dating will begin in The TF Royal on Saturday October 9 for all those single guys and girls aged 30 to 40. The October night is the first of the winter line up.
“Our last night in Galway was a lot of fun, with some great characters and plenty of matches,” said event co-ordinator Mary McGarrigle. “We were delighted with the feedback we got again — people told us they really enjoyed it. Running it on a Saturday night was very popular, and lots of people stayed on at the end of the night with their friends or people they met so there is plenty of opportunity to talk for more than three minutes. In fact, some people were spotted still chatting away at the end of the night. It’s a fun change from the usual Saturday night out.”
Will there be anything different this time around? “Yes. The TF Royal Hotel has a great cocktail menu, so we have decided there will be a number of spot prizes of cocktails on the night. There will also be a cocktail promotion with special prices if your name doesn’t come out of the hat. At the end of the speed dating, which usually finishes around 11pm, you can carry on to the bar or night club to continue with the fun and chat. It will be a great night out and a great way to meet other singles.”
