Events this month in the Museum of Country Life, Turlough: a traditional music performance will take place on Sunday September 12 from 2.30pm to 3.30pm, a knitting circle will take place on Friday September 17 from 11am to 1pm, and a music circle will take place on Saturday September 18 from 3pm to 5pm.
A course where you learn about harvesting and storage will take place on Thursday September 23 from 10am to 5pm. Booking and deposit is required for this course.
A drop-in event with the Connacht Textile Crafters will take place on Saturday September 25 from 11am to 4pm and on September 26 from 2.30pm to 3.30pm there will be a workshop on harvest knots.
