Two Mayo locals placed first and third at the inaugural Your Store’s Got Talent competition, a Tesco charity fundraiser in aid of the Irish Cancer Society.
Westport local David O’Regan, beat stiff competition from the 13 other Tesco contenders, to win the competition by singing Damien Rice’s “Cannonball”. Tesco Castlebar’s Chloe Cresham won third place by singing “Use Somebody”.
The participants of the competition helped to raise more than €11,500 for the Irish Cancer Society.
