On Sunday July 11 at 9am, Midwest Radio presents the second programme in the radio documentary series Bike Lights, Weeds and Sunday Boozing.
Where are you Going Without A light on Your Bike? looks at a time in Ireland when not having a light on your bicycle at night was regarded as a serious offence.
Among the contributors to the Midwest documentary are people now in their 70s/80s who were before court on this offence. Others interviewed for the 40 minute documentary include gardaí, and retired District Judge Bernard Brennan.
