A Donegal man has pleaded not guilty to the manslaughter of Swinford garda Robbie McCallion, but pleaded guilty to dangerous driving causing the death of the garda, following an incident in Letterkenny last year.
Jamie McGrenaghan (19 ) of Gortnacraw, Kerrykeel, Fanad, appeared before Letterkenny Circuit Court on Thursday on four charges in connection with the death of the 29-year-old garda from Mayo.
Garda McCallion died from injuries sustained while investigating reports of a stolen car at Tara Court in Letterkenny.
