The Le Chéile Family Resource Centre, Tucker Street, Castlebar, has the following group meetings: Mondays from 10.30am to 11.30am a community coffee morning will take place. Also, from 11am to 12.30pm on Mondays the Parent and Baby Group meets.
Kundalini yoga takes place on Monday nights from 7.30pm.
On the first and third Thursday of every month a breastfeeding group will meet from 10am to 12.30am. The public health nurse attends these meetings.
