Mayo Cancer Support Association is organising a sponsored 12 mile walk on Clare Island on Saturday June 26 commencing from the pier on Clare Island at11.30am.
Refreshments will be served in the Community Centre, Clare Island. Tee shirts are available on the day and a raffle will also take place.
Mayo Cancer Support Association offers emotional support and practical help to people with cancer, their families, and friends.
The boat trip is sponsored by Chris O’Grady. The buses which leave Casey’s Centra Castlebar at 9.30am are sponsored by Eugene Diffley, Diffley Coaches, Glenisland, and Michael Moran Coaches, Westport Road, Castlebar. The return journey will be from the pier on Clare Island at 4.45pm to Centra in Castlebar.
