South West Mayo Development Company is inviting people to participate in a series of Back to business workshops currently being organised.
The objectives of the Back to Business workshops is to equip participants with the skills to take action in the short term to adjust to the economic downturn, to plan for the long term in terms of new business developments, and to look at ways of repositioning and sustaining a business into the future.
The workshops are for people experiencing a downturn in business and the goal is to provide advice on how to run your business in a changed climate. It is aimed at people in construction, trades, farming, and other sectors experiencing a slowdown.
The workshops will run in three locations, Westport, Ballinrobe, and Claremorris in the Teagasc office once a week over four weeks.
