The following areas will hold information sessions on the Higher Education Grant:
The Belmullet Area Office, Church Road, on Friday May 28 between 11am and 4pm; Westport Area Office, Altamount Street, on Friday May 28 between 11am and 4pm; Claremorris Area Office, Kilcolman Road, on Monday May 31 between 11am and 4pm and Swinford Area Office, Station Road, on Monday May 31 between 11am and 4pm.
Fine Gael leader Enda Kenny TD has advised any person intending to apply for the Student Grant for 2010/2011 to do so as soon as possible because of the huge increase of applications in recent years.
