Open from May to September, seven days a week, for residents and non residents, the quaint thatched cottage offers a delectable dining experience. Executive head chef Stefan Matz uses fresh local ingredients from local producers to create the varied menu from Galway Bay oysters, smoked organic salmon, local free range chicken, lobster, steak — and make sure to leave room for the scrumptious desserts including fresh strawberry cheesecake!
