Mayo SPCA are seeking homes for a number of rescued dogs and pups. Full details and photos can be viewed on www.mayospca.com Keely is a 15 month old collie who gave birth to six pups in a hedge in Ballinrobe. She had a nasty gash on her paw and a severe womb infection that required surgery. She is ready for a new home and is the most good natured dog, friendly, affectionate, and obedient. She has been treated for fleas/worms, had her first vaccination, and will not be able to have any more pups. Her six pups are just four weeks old, three males, three females, and appear to be cross bred with a labrador. All are healthy, being weaned ,and bookings are being taken for homes. Keely would be a great family pet.
Patch and Rocky are two male terrier pups, eight weeks old, fully weaned, and currently being socialised. They are very small, healthy, have been vet checked/wormed/flea treated and had their first vaccinations. Homes are being sought where they will live as part of a family indoors.
Moses is a six year old male collie/spaniel cross. He is neutered, flea/worm treated, fully vaccinated, healthy, and energetic. Moses loves playing, exercise, and swimming, is house trained, very affectionate, excellent with children, and would be an ideal family pet. He needs a secure outdoor area and would not mix with cats, hens, or sheep. A most lovable dog.
