Break-in to community centre
Around €100 was taken from the Snugboro Community Centre some time between Wednesday night and Thursday morning.
The building was entered through a rear window and money was taken from an electrical metre.
Items stolen from Castlebar house
A house in the Castlegrove estate was broken into on Wednesday evening where a Playstation, laptop, and small electrical items were stolen. A man had been arrested.
Drink driving arrests
Since Monday there have been two drink driving arrests — one in the Ballina area and one in the Castlebar area.
