The North Mayo Primary Care Team, which covers the areas of Crossmolina, Killala, Ballycastle, and Lahardane, will hold another health information evening on men’s health on Thursday April 8 at the Townhall, Crossmolina, at 8pm.
The evening will focus on men being more aware of their own health needs and the importance of prevention and screening generally, as well as having a particular focus on the importance of screening and the services available around prostrate cancer.
The speakers on the evening will include Kilian Walsh, consultant urological surgeon at University Hospital Galway, and Dr Paul Nolan, GP, Lahardane.
