Birthwise, the one day all inclusive ante natal and parenting course, is available on Saturdays (one Saturday a month every month ) in Castlebar.
The course will teach you, the expectant parents, all you need to know about labour, birth, and caring for your baby in a relaxed and fun atmosphere.
