A six week course on parent assertiveness will be held next month in the Family Centre, Chapel Street, Castlebar.
The course will examine how parents can be assertive, direct, and open without being aggressive. The course will commence at 8pm on Tuesday April 13.
An enneagram course (part three ) will also take place commencing on April 19. The course is designed for those who have done parts one and two.
