For all you expectant mothers out there, a one day Birthwise ante natal and parenting course will be held once a month every month over the coming year.
The course is run by two very experienced midwives educated to master's degree level. The course is practical based, fun, and caters for a small group. It prepares expectant parents for labour, delivery, and caring for the newborn baby.
Some of the up-coming dates will be on Saturday February 28 and March 28 in Day's Hotel Castlebar.
