The Days Adventure Duathlon will take place on March 27 and is a mixture of running and cycling over a hilly course over a distance of 36k.
The event will commence at Days Hotel, Castlebar, at 9am after which competitors will compete in a three kilometre run, a seven kilometre hill cycle, a eight kilometre trail mountain run, a 15 kilometre cycle, and a three kilometre run.
